Project Management Associate

We are seeking an innovative and hands-on scientific executive to play a leadership role in our growing company.

A successful candidate understands the grit, strategy, and science required to operate a successful biotech.

You would wear many hats from helping to solve critical scientific problems to fundraising and team management.

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with project managers or project owners to understand project requirements and objectives regarding artificial immune system devices and therapeutics.

  • Confer with project personnel to identify and address logistic problems.

  • Ensure smooth functioning of lab equipment and supplies on a daily basis.

  • Maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

  • Identify, review, or select vendors to meet project needs.

  • Report costs incurred by project staff to the manager.

  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables.

  • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain resources or materials.

  • Help with budget planning and resource allocation for project operations.

  • Assist in keeping records of project documents.

  • Report issues related to ongoing projects, such as budget, resources, or technical issues to project managers or project owners.

  • Schedule or facilitate team meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology and 12 months relevant work experience.

  • At least 12 months relevant work experience.
